3 ozs/90 grams butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 packet of Milk Arrowroot Biscuits.
Crush the packet of milk arrowroot biscuits (in a blender or with a rolling pin)
Melt the butter, sugar, milk, cocoa and vanilla all together in a saucepan then boil until bubbling and frothy.
Then add the crushed biscuits and mix together nicely. Transfer into a slice tin and pop in the fridge until set. Ice with chocolate icing.
